Today, Uriel teaches Goshin-Ryu Karate to children, focusing on discipline, confidence, respect, and strong technical foundations in a safe and supportive environment. He also teaches Kickboxing, and remains very active in martial arts tournaments and competitive fights. In his children’s classes, Uriel places a strong emphasis on respect, confidence, focus, and self-control. Uriel believes that martial arts should help children grow not only as fighters, but as confident, disciplined, and respectful individuals. He creates a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can develop at their own pace while building strong foundations in both martial arts and life skills.
Uriel’s training style is heavily influenced by his own real fight experience, ensuring that the techniques he teaches are practical, pressure-tested, and applicable in real-world situations. He believes in preparing students not just for grading or competition, but for realistic self-defense and personal development. In addition, he continues to grow as a martial artist as a beginner grappler studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reinforcing his belief that learning never stops.
