Teacher Sathya has over 25 years of experience in teaching gymnastics to children and it's no wonder that she is one of the most sought out teachers in our center. Throughout her career, Sathya has taught hundreds of students and helped many of them to even overcome their physical limitations and disabilities.

Sathya completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from London Montessori and another diploma in Music & Movement. She also did a Brain Gym course in Singapore. Initially her plans was to be an educator in kindergartens but that changed when she discovered her passion for teaching physical education. Always being active in sports and exercise in school, she decided to combine what she has learnt from her diplomas and her love for physical education and began teaching gymnastics. Having a background as an educator has translated to Sathya's classes being well structured like a school program but still infused with lots of fun for the children. She uses a lot of techniques that she gained from her Brain Gym course into her classes. Her warm motherly charm is another thing that makes kids love her class and come for it religiously.

She started her career as a gymnastics teacher in Tumble Tots in 1995 and has been teaching in Kids Sport & Gym for the past 24 years. Since joining Lil' Ninjas Dojo, Sathya has helped some of our children with physical disabilities (born with weak muscles or physical deformities) to overcome their disabilities through exercise and gymnastics. This is one of the reasons why many people ask for her by name.
